Director of the Office for Coordination of the 3rd European Games 2023 in the Ministry of State Assets, in 2020 Director of the Department of Top Sports at the Ministry of Sport. Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, finished postgraduate studies with the title of Sports Manager at Paweł Włodkowica  University in Płock, as well as an extended correctional and posture defects instructor course at University of Rehabilitation in Warsaw. Worked for 7 years in the Polish Association for weightlifting as Training Specialist and held the position of Training Manager. Competitive athlete in weightlifting, 11 times Polish Championships medalist, 6 times European Championships finalist. Trainer in weightlifting, ex-Assistant to the Junior National Team Coach.
