Jana Wacht

After completing her Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management at NHL Stenden in Leeuwarden, Netherlands, Jana embarked on her professional journey with RX Global (formerly known as Reed Exhibitions GmbH) in Düsseldorf, Germany. For five years, she played a pivotal role in orchestrating exhibitions. Later, Jana transitioned to STANDout, a subsidiary of RX Global, where she served as the Branch Manager at the Düsseldorf project office for three years. In 2020, she relocated to Vienna, assuming a new role at STANDout as Key Account Manager, focusing on congress clients.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Jana shared her expertise by delivering lectures on event management as part of the "Sports Technology" degree program at FH Technikum Vienna.

In June 2022, Jana embraced a new challenge by joining Vienna Medical Academy GmbH in Vienna, Austria, a distinguished professional congress organizer. Currently, she serves as the project lead for the European Human Genetics Conference (ESHG), an annual event held in varying European locations each June, attracting around 4,500 participants.
