Rita van Driel
Position: Governing Board Member and Women in Sport Commission Chair, International Paralympic Committee
Rita has a background in education and sports management. She has a long history in promoting sport for people with a disability in her home country the Netherlands and in many other places is in the world.
Since 2009 Rita has been a member of the IPC Governing Board and is in her final year of that journey. Currently she is also the Chair of the IPC Women in Sport Committee and member of the IOC Women in Sport Commission.
Rita works as a consultant with the focus on 'Participation through Sport'.
