Nicky Redmond

Nicky has been producing/directing global conferences and devising strategic business communication for organisations throughout her career. Her interest in creating targeted communication which resonates with an audience, whatever the platform, has always been her focus. Ensuring the delegate experience is maximised whether face to face, or virtual, is central to her work, as well as supporting her clients to deliver their message in the optimal way.

Nicky was MD of her own conference production company for 15 years, then moved into corporate communications specifically internal communication. She started ReFocus Communication Ltd in 2018 and recent work includes directing global scientific conferences for an Association and devising internal comms for European/US pharma companies.
