Eric Jou is a writer, gamer, and all-round entertainment communications professional. With more than 9 years of experience working in gaming and communications across Asia, Eric has spent 7 years working in China helping western brands enter the market. Before joining ESL, he had previously worked with brands such as Microsoft Xbox, King.com, iRobot, Sony Pictures, and Paramount Pictures bringing products to the market such as the Xbox One S, Tomb Raider, Minecraft, Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol, 007 Skyfall, and Candy Crush among others. Now leading business development and partnerships for ESL in Asia, Eric is responsible for working with partners and clients on bringing ESL's world class esports experiences to local markets. In his spare time, he actively works to promote indie game development and dog rescue.
