Claire Ritchie-Tomkins is Founder and CEO of Sine Qua Non International Limited (SQN), a leading sports marketing agency specialising in creating and activating technology-enabled partnerships.

With over 30 years’ experience in the technology, sports, entertainment and automotive sectors, Claire has a strong track record of developing innovative and impactful
communications initiatives that deliver on her clients’ business objectives. She has been working in the esports space now for several years.

She is interested in the power of esports and sim-racing as an open, accessible platform to tackle societal issues. She is committed to driving change and to opening up esports and sim racing to under-represented groups making it accessible to all. From this position she endeavours to drive positive change to address negative issues.

Over the course of her career, Claire has helped clients build visibility, reach new audiences, strengthen relationships and maximise revenue opportunities. With experience in both agency and corporate settings, Claire has delivered programmes for organisations as varied as Avaya, Bridgestone, Convergys, Cosworth, Ducati, Formula E, Henley Royal Regatta, Hitachi, Lexar, Mahindra Racing, NetApp, Nortel, Panasonic, SanDisk, Toyota Motorsport, Verisign, Wipro and Yale, among others. Notably, she has crafted memorable campaigns and established beneficial partnerships for clients at major motorsport series and events including Formula 1, MotoGP, Le Mans 24h, Formula E and the World Rally Championship, among others.

Claire has been a member of the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) since its inception in 2003 and SQN has been recognised as a finalist for more than half a dozen awards in the ESA Excellence Awards and Hollis/UK Sponsorship Awards.
