Ian McLeod Kerr

Managing Director and Founder of ID Resilience, Ian has intimate knowledge and experience of planning, testing and exercising utilising Integrated Emergency Management principles, primarily developed through a 10-year career with Police Scotland within Emergencies and Counter Terrorist planning.

Working with the likes of Rugby World Cup 2015, UK Sport, European Tour, Football Safety Officers Association, English Football League, SEC and National Arenas Association, Ian and his team work with industry leaders delivering exercising, planning and learning to continuously develop and further enhance the resilience of events, arenas and stadiums.

Ian has also recently launched his second business Raven Controls, an online incident management platform to log, capture and secure data – an intuitive, resilient system producing reassurance and confidence within your team, venue and the public.

Ian’s passion for resilience is infectious and takes great pleasure in working in an industry he loves.
