Elinor Klavens

Elinor is a Senior Analyst at the Sports Innovation Lab in the USA where she covers Smart Venue trends and the future of fan experience.  

Elinor's previous market research experience includes Forrester Research, where she was on the Service Delivery Research Team and helped grow the DevOps practice. Her research focused on automating the full software-delivery lifecycle; she also created a research stream on next-generation incident response and ChatOps.  

Prior to Forrester, Elinor worked on Bain Capital’s Infrastructure & Operations Department and lived in Europe where she worked for Groupon Goods UK, obtained an MSc in Management from the Cass Business School and a BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Sussex.  

Elinor speaks four languages: German, Spanish and French, though her British friends think the English still needs work.
