Carlos Manuel Lazarte Labarthe

Carlos Manuel Lazarte Labarthe is an industrial engineer with more than 20 years’ work experience in senior managerial and directoral positions for multinational companies in the distribution, insurance, logistics and technology sectors.
He is on the board of directors of important financial institutions and sports organisations, including the Peruvian National Olympic Committee, the Peruvian Powerboating National Federation, Peruvian business security firm Planinvest and Bolivian insurers Alianza Seguros y Reaseguros and Alianza Vida Seguros.
Previously he was CEO of logistics companies AIDISA Peru and ULTRAMAR Peru and board member of the Peruvian Hockey Federation.
He is also a Professor School of Business in UPC - Universidad Peruana De Ciencias Aplicadas in Peru and holds MBA and MIM degrees.
He competed in sports at an international level, achieving second place in the 2016 F2 JetRaid Jetski IJSBA World Championship in Peru and bronze medal in field hockey in the 2006 South American Games in Argentina.
