Position: Senior Vice President of Games Delivery Revenue, LA28
Allison Katz-Mayfield serves as LA28's Senior Vice President of Games Delivery Revenue, leading the ticketing, hospitality, and food & beverage strategies for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Since joining LA28 in 2019, she has built the commercial infrastructure behind the most successful ticketing launch in Olympic history – selling four million tickets in the initial on-sale and setting a new standard for what a Games can achieve. She was the driving force behind two landmark partnerships expected to deliver billions in revenue for LA28: an agreement with AXS and Eventim as the Games' official Ticketing Service Provider, and a first-of-its-kind hospitality deal with the IOC, IPC, Paris 2024, and Milano Cortina 2026 through Endeavor's On Location — the first time the Olympic and Paralympic hospitality program has been centralized across multiple organizing committees and Games cycles.
Prior to LA28, Katz-Mayfield spent five years at the NFL as Senior Director of Club Business Development, where she built and launched a centralized ticketing data warehouse across all 32 clubs, a model that has since served as a blueprint across professional sports. She was recognized as a runner-up for the League's prestigious Commissioner's Award.
She began her career at Analysis Group before spending two years at StubHub in pricing and supply strategy. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Psychology and Economics from Cornell University and is a frequent guest speaker at industry and university conferences.
Katz-Mayfield was named to Sports Business Journal's Forty Under 40 Class of 2022, Leaders Under 40 in 2024 and is a frequent guest speaker at industry and university conferences. She is an active mentor and volunteer across multiple nonprofits and has been a New England Patriots season ticket holder for over 25 years.
