Fiona Adams

Fiona Adams MSc, Chartered MCIPS, CMgr MCMI has worked within procurement for over 30 years covering both private and public sector markets. Her experience includes Aerospace (working on projects such as Joint strike fighter and Eurofighter) Furnaces, civil service, social housing and the NHS leading a team providing shared services.

Greenfield and disruptive procurement are particular areas of interest and expertise and she has always sought challenging roles where the benefits of procurement can be bought to a new audience. In 2015 she was a finalist for the CMI Women in Management Excellence Award 2014/5 (Midlands Region)

In recent years Fiona took the independent consultant route until she agreed to join the OC for B2022 as Head of procurement along with supporting Festival 2022 Limited. She is passionate about procurement and demonstrating the benefits and value the specialism can offer. Stakeholder objectives are central to her delivery approach in tandem with managing the demands of applying PCR2015. Fiona is proud to lead a team of procurement professionals who demonstrate daily their commitment and expertise in supporting this approach.
