Deborah van den Brande is Sr. Economic Policy Officer at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in San Francisco.
In this capacity, she focuses on trade promotion and helping Dutch companies with soft landing in the 13 most western US states from a Dutch perspective. Her portfolio includes sports diplomacy with a focus on sports tech and innovation, sustainable sports events and infrastructure, and scaling the Dutch sports for all approach across borders and communities. She keeps close track of large-scale sports events on the US west coast for Dutch exchange and trade opportunities.
