Adam Down

Adam is CEO of FOAMHAND, a leading global events consultancy specialising in the end-to-end planning and delivery of people movement for major events. FOAMHAND has developed a strong track record of successful delivery, supporting numerous Olympic, Commonwealth and World Championship organising committees and many smaller events to design and deliver integrated operational services.

Adam has been consulting on major event planning and delivery for the last decade. He specialises in integrated event operations, communication and readiness, supporting clients all over the globe deliver simple integrated event operations and ensuring event organisers are ready to host. Most recently Adam has been advising Gold Coast 2018 on the development of their Transport Coordination Centre; he also designed and managed a bespoke C3 management centre for the IAAF World Athletics & IPC World Para Athletics Championships hosted in London in summer 2017.
